UC Merced Professor Roger Bales was featured on the KQED Forum radio show on March 3, 2016.

Bales responded to callers' questions with Forum host Michael Krasny and KQED editor and blogger Dan Brekke. He commented on the state of the California snowpack and drought, and on what's happened so far and expected to come during this year's El Nino.
