Tom is a GIS Programmer with the Spatial Information Systems Laboratory at University of California San Diego. His expertise is in building web based GIS solutions using .Net and Java. His current projects include building a the Service Registry Portal, HISCentral for the CUAHSI HIS project, integrating realtime data feeds using the java based technology, DataTurbine, and working to build online analytical tools for use within the Chesepeake Bay Environmental Observatory project portal.
