The Luquillo CZO invites all participating scientists and students to meet via web conference every other month for scietific presentations and discussion. The LCZO also meets yearly in the Luquillo Mountains to discuss opportunities for collaboration, exchange information, sharing findings and plans for the upcoming year. This meeting typically occurs in late May or early June. The LCZO management team also meets via web conference once a month. 

The Luquillo CZO participates in annual international, national and regional conferences such as AGU, GSA and Goldschmidt.
