We have assembled an interdisciplinary team of hydrologists, geochemists, biogeochemists, ecophysiologists, pedologists, foresters, anthropologist, and environmental historian, to address questions about how natural and human forcings affect CZ dynamics and evolution, and how human-forced CZs alter human well-being.
