Yvette Pereyra, a graduate student at the University of Texas-El Paso, was supported by NSF funds through the CZO National Office to attend the Geochemistry of Earth's Surface (GES-10) meeting in Paris, France in August, 2014. She described her research on Guadeloupe and the news was reported by El Diario, the primary Spanish language newspaper in El Paso.
