Consider attending the upcoming short course on Organic Matter sponsored by CUAHSI and conducted at the ACRES facilities at Purdue university on October 20–21.
Four instructors from IML-CZO will teaching the course: Thanos Papanicolaou and Chris Wilson, both from The University of Tennessee Knoxville; Joshua Peschel from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and Timothy Filley from Purdue University. Some of you may have seen the set-up with the rainfall experiments (and other toys) in the spring visit to Illinois.
Registration information and other pertinent information can be found:
The course precedes the U.S.-China EcoPartnership for Environmental Sustainability conference at Purdue University on October 22–24 In collaboration with the NSF Cross-CZO Working Group on Organic Matter. The course and the conference offer a great opportunity for cross-CZO intermingling!
