Giesen talks about “The Jim Crow South & The Lost Cause”

History Professor Jim Giesen, a Calhoun CZO collaborator, is teaching a class in Modern U.S. History to more than 800 students at Mississippi State University in MSU's Humphrey Coliseum. The subject of this recent lecture was "The Jim Crow South & The Lost Cause, 1877-1930". Jim also has an upcoming article on the Rose Hill plantation, located at the heart of the Calhoun CZO.
