The Winter 2017 issue of UGA Graduate, the University of Georgia Graduate School Magazine, features an in-depth article about cross-CZO grad student Diego Barcellos, who is advised by professor Aaron Thompson at UGA. The article, entitled "A Man of the Earth, Diego Barcellos's Journey as Farmer and Scientist", follows Diego's journey from his childhood on a coffee and cattle farm in Brazil to graduate school at the University of Georgia, where he done field work at both the Calhoun and Luquillo Critical Zone Observatories.
