At long last, a 900 sq ft house is now our headquarters at the Calhoun!!! We should all start to use it for multi-day, 2-day, & even 1-day trips.

While spartanly furnished, it does have 3 bedrooms, one living room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen (with microwave, stove, oven, & small refrigerator).

A lockbox with combination (ask Dan) is on front door.  The address is: 239 Pinegate Dr., Union, SC

This is on the south side of Pinegate at the corner with Sonoco Rd (State Rd S-44-290).

The CZO project will rent it for the next few years for a modest rate paid by the parent grant. Thus, there is no longer need to spend $ at local motels or campgrounds.

Last point, I have told our neighbor, Judy Peahuff, former owner and builder of our headquarters, that we will make the best neighbors in Union County!  I'm sure that we will, but please remember my promise!
