Paul Schroeder has arranged a several hour tour of the Mary Lou Rock Quarry in Clinton SC, about 15 km from the CalzoneCZO.  We'll meet at the quarry Thursday 9 June (not far from I-26) from 9 to 11-plus am.

Bring cameras, questions, rock hammers, sample bags, and boots.

If you have deep Calhoun weathering profile data, bring it along to stimulate discussion!

We expect to talk hydrology, geohydrology, biogeochemistry, weathering profiles, mineralogy, critical zone science!!!
