On Thursday, April 24th, Jim Giesen and Dan Richter will discuss their new interdisciplinary project on the effects of historic agriculture on contemporary ecosystems, a project based at the Calhoun Experimental Forest in Union County, South Carolina.  The research site is one of nine of the USA's Critical Zone Observatories.
