I am interested in understanding the impact of natural and anthropogenic drivers on ecosystem dynamics using process-based vegetation modeling, empirical relationships, and geospatial modeling. Specifically, my works are focused on biomass estimation of shrubland ecosystem, functional improvement of dynamic vegetation models, and exploring post-fire vegetation recovery.
