NSF *Science Nation* video shows how lifecycle of water in the Susquehanna River Basin may reveal answers for drought prone areas

Resources like water can be taken for granted until changes in supply are observed. As global warming accelerates, some areas experience increases in rainfall while others experience longer or more severe drought. Researchers at Penn State are “Following the Water” to better understand these conditions. To do so, they are tracking the flow of water from rain and snow through the rock, soil and plants.
