Time-lapse cameras (1.5 min)

Time-lapse images from four cameras at the Susquehanna Shale Hills Critical Zone Observatory, from 19 November 2010 through 9 February 2011.

Leaf Area Index (0.5 min)

Leaf Area Index (LAI) plots for the Susquehanna Shale Hills Critical Zone Observatory from 25 April 2010 through 13 November 2010. LAI and soil moisture exhibit an inverse relationship during the growing season. "Northing" and "Easting" in meters on the plots are references to the NAD 1983 State Plane Pennsylvania South FIPS 3702 geographic coordinate system.

"Slices of Time" (13min)

A description of processes in the critical zone that occur at different time scales, part of the Critical Zone Observatory Project.
